Hourly Pricing

What is Hourly pricing …

Hourly pricing is the practice of charging clients for time rather than service.

Charging for time removes any extra charging for excess color usage, up-selling conditioning treatments and toners, or even having to book a separate appointment for a haircut.

Simply put, you’re paying for your time in the salon and whatever is needed to achieve your desired look that day.

What if the appointment takes longer than we booked for…

If a service takes longer than the original quoted time for your service, you will be charged for your quoted amount of time in the salon. If your service is completed 15-30 minutes earlier than your quoted service time, we can use this time to fine tune your finished style, and even dust your ends, but you will still be charged for the original quoted time.

What if my stylist is running behind for my appointment?

In the event that this happens, your stylist will have already contacted the appointment after you to ensure you’re getting your full amount of time in the chair.

Gender Free Pricing

Removing labels for the services we provide ensures inclusivity for everyone.

Charging for services based off of time is a simple way for us to make sure we are always a safer place for people to come and feel their best.

Gratuity Free

Tipping is considered the pay you get based on your performance. Stylists are artists, our clients are commissioning us for our time and our art.
We want to change the way we are viewed as hairdressers and remove the confusion on what is an “acceptable” tip.
By including the tip in our services, our hope is to change the way you look at getting your hair done. It also allows us to be as transparent with you as possible.
